Interior Design Services
Our goal is to help you realize your vision for your space.
- First we will need to know the room or rooms to design. This information is gathered by filling out our Client Questionnaire. The form gathers general information and information for the spaces for the design. The form will be emailed to you. We will contact you to schedule an onsite interview.
- Phase 2, During the onsite interview, we will discuss the rooms selected, your style, budget and timeline. If wish to continue with the project, you will be presented with a retainer, to allow us to take pictures and measure the room/s.
- Phase 3, a presentation of the design with the client is scheduled. Clients will discuss the design and any changes. The client will make the final approval of the design and a contract will be created and presented to the client for signature.
- Phase 4, begins the purchasing and installation of the materials. Please keep in mind, that timelines can be impacted by material deliveries and access to the space.
- Phase 5, is a walk-though and sign off of the completed work.
Pricing
Interior Design Pricing
There are several ways that interior design projects are priced; flat fee, hourly and percentage of costs to name a few . The cost of a project depends on several components; size, materials and work effort. These all play into the cost of your project. These costs are discussed during the consultation phase of the project and are included in your contract.
For these reasons, it is impossible to quote a specific price of a project without a consultation.
Our firm requires a consultation fee which is credit to your project should you wish to move forward with the project.
